Returns & Exchanges
At Beykay, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required.
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at support@beykay.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and address details.
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged and shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
2. Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We offer free exchanges for the same product (if available) within 14 days of delivery.
To exchange an item:
- Follow the return process above and mention that you’d like an exchange.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will dispatch the replacement item.
Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue a refund instead.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Sale or clearance items (marked as “Final Sale”)
- Gift cards
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@beykay.co.uk with photos and a brief description. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
